The hotel is very conveniently located being only a 5 minute walk from the ferry dock, making it easy for onward travel.
The receptionist didn't seem to speak much English, which led to some confusion during check-in.

On the downside, the bathroom layout was awkward, lacking adequate shelving for toiletries. The absence of an elevator might be a concern for some due to the stairs. Breakfast was decent but could have included a wider variety of options, though what was served was still enjoyable.
